FEEL GOOD FIRST FRIDAY SERIES Join us for a variety of programs that make you feel good the first Friday of the Month Donations to Bread of Life Food pantry welcomed.

First Friday: April 6th Tai Chi Demonstration 7-8pm HOST: Steve Steinhoff 15 years instructor experience and teach a tai chi class at Cinnaminson library. NEW class at PCCPB Saturdays 9-10am(4/7-5/26).

Check out a free demo of this slow rhythmic exercise that can be traced back nearly 2000 years in China. Over the past century it has become popular, practiced not only in China but worldwide. This class will learn and practice qigong, or stationary tai chi movements, as well as tai chi itself, movements choreographed seamlessly together.  Emphasis will be on tai chi principles: good posture, balance, and continuous whole-body movement, all of which depend on a calm mind and relaxed body. In the interest of moving as freely, be sure to wear loose-fitting clothes and light, comfortable shoes. Steve Steinhoff has been studying tai chi for over 15 years and for the past 2 years has been teaching a tai chi class at the Cinnaminson public library.
